WFJ series Chinese herbal medicine crushing unit

(1) Main purpose: This machine is mainly used for crushing materials such as animal and plant-based fibers.

(2) Working principle: This machine is mainly used for the relative high-speed movement of movable and fixed cutting tools, causing fibers to be sheared and crushed. The movable cutting disc has three different combinations of cutting tools: coarse crushing, medium crushing, and micro crushing. The crushed products are separated by a cyclone to obtain finished products, and the crushed dust is recovered by bag dust removal. This machine is made of stainless steel, and there are water cooling devices at the grading points of the bearings and crushing box. The gear ring is in the shape of an arc sawtooth spiral. Continuous discharge is possible, and there is no dust flying during the production process, which meets GMP requirements.
